Positions:
Project/Lead Engineer - Rail vehicles electro-mechanical or electrical engineers. Lead and develop the vehicle electrical and traction systems (high and low voltage), or with HVAC system, air distribution, driver’s controls/components, electric devices. Must be CATIA user. Experience with vehicles design, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, compliance with customer’s technical specification & implementation in production. Rail vehicles experience desired. Knowledge of general electrical systems, electrical traction systems for vehicles – high voltage, communication and auxiliary electrical systems for vehicle - low voltage or with HVAC systems. Familiar with electrical components and controls, diagrams and schematics. |

Positions:
CNC Machinist - Min. 5 years experience in setup and operation of Fanuc controlled (horizontal/vertical) mills and lathes. Good math skills a plus. Also edit G&M Code programs. Variety of machining from large weldments to small parts in many different materials. (Clackamas – Swing Shift)
Welder/Fitter – Steel and aluminum welders. Sub Arc, Tig and GMAW ability helpful. Responsible for fabrication welding requirements including manual, semi-automatic, automatic and all-position including using oxygen/acetylene gas torch for cutting or pre-heat. Hold valid certificate, or pass weld test upon employment. (Clackamas)
Fabrication Mechanic – Read and interpret all types of drawings and sketches, lay out and assemble with speed and accuracy, without the aid of supervision. Identify structural steel shapes, cut to length, lay-out and fit-up welded or bolted detail, show weld sizes, piece marks, direction marks, etc. Develop, bend, roll, build up, and assemble various types of plated assemblies and structures. Painter/Sandblaster - Must have experience with airless and conventional spray equipment, minimum of 5 years experience using zincs, urethanes and epoxies. Responsible for sandblasting steel products to required degree needed for painting. Must have working knowledge of how to read different types of test equipment and repairing blast equipment as needed for proper operation and safety. (Vancouver) |
