RENEWABLE ENERGY

OIW’s Renewable Energy Program is highly involved in ocean energy, including both wave and tidal. This includes being a founding member and currently serving on the board of the Oregon Wave Energy Trust (OWET). OIW is currently manufacturing wave energy devices and looks forward to future ocean energy contracts.

OIW’s Renewable Energy Program stays current on technology, research developments, and regulatory processes. In addition we are knowledgeable about environmental, economic and political climates on a federal, state and local level.

Oregon Iron Works, Inc. is experienced in creating products for fresh or salt water environments. OIW has a globally recognized Marine Division with a wide range of advanced accomplishments:
